Description
I created this art piece for an art competition, VASE. The medium I used was graphite and took me 2 months to create. This piece was 18x24in. The meaning behind this piece represents a time in my life when I was very insecure about my nose. I felt very different from others and wished my insecurity couldn’t be seen by others, hence the skeleton nose. A technique I used was the grid method. I started off with my hair and doing it grid by grid.
